What to do if clicking 'Copy Command' fails or pasting results in placeholders?

Use the copy button to generate the complete command, distinguishing between preparation failure and clipboard failure.

Visible text is not the complete credential

The command display in remote control settings hides the real token as placeholder text. Please click the 'Copy Command' button to let the interface prepare the command for the current account; copying only the visible code with the mouse may capture placeholders that cannot authenticate. The button will show a waiting status during preparation and will notify you when the command has been copied successfully. Wait for this feedback before pasting into the target computer's terminal.

Check the current session if preparation fails

The copy action requires first obtaining connection information and then writing it to the clipboard. If a failure message appears, first confirm that you are logged into the web and the network is normal, and check whether the browser allows this site to use the clipboard. Then try again from the settings. Do not try to bypass failure by searching chat records for tokens provided by others, and do not manually run hidden placeholders as valid credentials.

Safely verify paste results

You can check on your controlled target terminal whether a complete command has been pasted, but do not copy it into shared notes or publicly post screenshots. The command requires the current backend address as well; truncated parameters will cause startup failure. If the interface shows copy success but the terminal still reports missing token or address, copy the complete command again from the current settings. Only consider resetting credentials if they are clearly invalid, and note that this will disconnect existing connections.
