How to Purchase Extra Usage and Why Am I Still Restricted After Recharging?
Explanation of one-time purchases, balance updates, and other restrictions.
Purchase Through Available Extra Usage Entry
Individual users can select purchase amounts in Settings → Extra Usage; team administrators operate in Settings → Extra Usage. The current online payment feature is not yet open; actual availability depends on the account entry.
The purchase interface currently offers preset amounts of $15, $30, $50, etc., and also supports eligible custom amounts with a minimum of $15. Before confirming, verify that this is an extra usage purchase, not a subscription plan change.
Verify Balance After Successful Payment
After selecting an amount, you will enter the payment process. After completing payment and returning, check your current balance and transaction status; merely opening the payment page, payment being declined, or incomplete verification does not mean the amount has been credited.
One-time recharge and Auto-reload are separate operations. If you do not want automatic purchases, do not enable auto-recharge, and after the operation, check that this switch matches your expectations.
Having a Balance Does Not Guarantee All Requests Can Proceed
Extra Usage is also affected by its enabled status, monthly spending limits, account permissions, and the task itself. Team members may have individual limits set by administrators. Recharging does not automatically unlock all features nor fix local connection issues. Pro and Pro+ users using Max have a dedicated extra usage path but still must meet switch, balance or auto-recharge, and monthly limit conditions.
- Confirm that the balance has been updated.
- Check whether extra usage is enabled and if the monthly limit has been reached.
- For team accounts, have the administrator verify member restrictions; if payment is pending confirmation, resolve the original transaction first without duplicating recharge.
