What to Do When Login Fails, Session Expires, or You Experience Repeated Redirects

First identify the type of error, then initiate a complete login again from the current page or desktop.

Identify the Error Type Before Taking Action

When the session expires or the login link becomes invalid, you should log in again; if there are too many requests, wait first; if you lack permission, verify that you are using the correct account. For service unavailable and request timeout errors, check the service messages and network respectively. Do not assume all errors are password issues, and avoid opening multiple authentication pages simultaneously: the page prompts indicate that authenticating in multiple tabs at the same time may cause login failures.

Maintain a Complete Login Process

Close old authentication pages that are no longer in use and initiate login only once from the current page, retrying by clicking the 'Try Again' button provided on the error page. Some error pages will automatically retry after a countdown; if failures repeat, the waiting time may increase—this does not mean the button is disabled. Desktop users should initiate login from the current Hackcat Desktop and avoid refreshing saved redirect URLs; when prompted that the session has expired, restarting the login process is more appropriate than repeatedly opening old links.

Distinguish Between Login Issues and Computer Connection Failures

If you can open account chat but cannot run the local Agent, first check the connection status of the target computer; there is no need to repeatedly attempt login. If the browser is logged in but the desktop does not respond, handle it as a desktop redirect issue. If the error persists, record the time it occurred, error code, whether it was a web login or desktop login, and whether multiple tabs were open simultaneously; remove parameters and any tokens from the authentication URL before describing the problem.
