What to Do If the Approval Card Keeps Reconnecting or Does Not Respond After Allowing an Operation?
First restore the approval session, then submit a clear decision again without fully switching to bypass connection errors.
Confirm the Card Shows Connection Status
The approval area may show that it is reconnecting the approval session or may indicate that reconnection failed. In these states, normal allow or deny actions may not be submitted temporarily and should not be interpreted as the Agent having already received approval and executing. First read the current text on the card to distinguish between still connecting, connection failure, and submission of approval response failure to avoid confusion caused by rapid repeated clicks.
Use Retry or Stop Options
When connection fails, the card provides a Retry connection option; if you do not want to continue waiting, there is also a Stop agent option. First restore the current device network, then use the interface option to retry. After recovery, review the request content and target environment again, then submit a decision. Do not temporarily switch to full access just to bypass card faults, as this will change subsequent approval methods and does not prove the current session issue is resolved.
If the Decision Is Unclear, Check Task Results First
If the connection is interrupted after clicking allow, do not assume the action was not executed just because no feedback is seen. Return to the original task to check the latest status and tool results, and if necessary, inspect the target files before deciding the next step. Stop failures also require continued verification. When reporting issues, you may describe the time, card status, whether you allowed or denied, and the connection method, but do not disclose any complete sensitive commands, file contents, or target information that may be contained in the card.
