How to Find Previously Discussed Content?
Use the sidebar and message search to retrieve tasks, then verify the context.
Choose Distinctive Keywords
If you forget the task title, start searching with error codes, file names, concepts, or unique phrases that appeared before. Compared to entering the entire question, a few precise words usually make it easier to check results. Before searching, confirm you are using the original account to avoid mistakenly thinking tasks missing from another account are lost.
Open Search from the Sidebar
Click the search entry in the sidebar and enter keywords in the "Search Messages" window. The interface will indicate states such as searching, no matches, or search failure; if prompted to continue typing, increase the keyword length. After finding results, open the corresponding task and check whether the matched content is the discussion you need.
- Open sidebar search.
- Enter distinctive keywords and wait for results.
- Enter the matched task and check preceding and following messages and the task name.
How to Adjust When No Results Appear
Try shorter or more specific words first, or browse tasks directly in the sidebar. No matches only mean this query found no results, not that the content has been deleted; if the search fails, try again later. After finding frequently used tasks, you can reduce future search costs by renaming, pinning, or grouping them into projects. After locating old conclusions, reread the conditions at that time; they may not apply to environments and inputs that have changed today.
