How to Log Out of All Devices?

Use security settings to revoke sessions and note the effective time.

When to Use

If you have logged in on multiple devices or can no longer access one of them, consider logging out of all devices. Before proceeding, ensure you can still verify your identity through the original login method and save any unsent content. This action targets account sessions; it does not close application windows or delete task records in the account.

Execute from Security Settings

Go to Settings → Security, find "Log Out All Devices," read the instructions, then click "Log Out All." When successful, the current device will also be logged out. The page notes that other devices may take up to ten minutes to complete logout, so do not assume all sessions are invalidated immediately after clicking.

  1. Open the sidebar user menu → Settings → Security.
  2. Find and execute Log Out All Devices.
  3. Confirm the current device logs out; log in again if needed.

Other Items to Handle Separately

Logging out of all devices does not revoke public share links nor recover content others have already saved; to stop public access, manage sharing in data control. Downloaded files on devices and remembered account prompts also require separate clearing methods. If any step fails, retry as instructed on the page; do not confuse a normal logout of the current device with the same effect. After execution, distinguish the effective status between the current device and others.
