Already Paid, Why Is It Still Free or an Old Plan?
Check payment, verification, and entitlement synchronization to avoid duplicate purchases.
Returning from Payment Page Does Not Equal Final Success
During the payment process, bank verification, pending invoices, or incomplete payments may occur. Simply seeing a return to Hackcat does not prove the transaction was successful; first check the payment result and any billing recovery prompts in your account.
Plan changes may remain on the original plan if payment is not completed. Account permissions and Usage also update only after receiving a successful result, so verify step-by-step according to payment status rather than trying to activate by repeated purchases.
Use Account-Provided Check Operations
In Account, check if there are options like “Complete payment,” “Pay invoice,” or “Check payment status.” Follow the prompts currently displayed, complete verification, then refresh your account status.
If the invoice is shown as paid, checking status or refreshing can help update access permissions. If an old subscription has ended, paying an old invoice does not necessarily reestablish a valid subscription; do not confuse these two matters.
If Still Inconsistent, Save This Information
- Verify whether the currently logged-in account matches the payment account.
- Save payment time, currency, amount, invoice number, and the success or error status shown on the payment page.
- Explain the currently displayed plan versus the expected plan; avoid sending full card numbers or verification codes; do not place duplicate orders before a clear result is obtained.
