Will Remaining Package Quota Carry Over to Next Month?

Explanation of the differences between usage, cycle resets, and recharge balances.

Included Quota Managed by Cycle

The package included quota is not a cash balance that can be accumulated indefinitely. When entering a new eligible usage cycle, the quota is recalculated according to the current plan, rather than indefinitely stacking unused portions from previous periods. Please check the actual remaining amount and reset time in Usage.

The new cycle quota for monthly subscriptions depends on successful subscription payments. If the account is overdue or payment is pending confirmation, a new paid quota will not be granted simply because the date has changed.

Understanding Annual Payment and Extra Usage Separately

Annual payment refers to the billing cycle and does not mean receiving twelve monthly quotas at once that can be used in advance. Current annual or compatible plans still have their own cycle replenishment mechanisms; please refer to your account display for details.

Extra Usage is an additional balance purchased separately and cannot be combined with the remaining quota within the package for calculation. Disabling extra usage, canceling subscriptions, and deleting accounts are different actions; please review the service terms for balance applicability rules.

How to Manage Tasks at Cycle End

Do not start long-running tasks that cannot be supervised or have unclear outcomes just to "use up the quota." If you plan to undertake a large task soon, first check if the remaining usage, cycle time, and extra usage are sufficient, then reduce the task scope or execute it in phases.

If you encounter discrepancies between quota and billing, first confirm whether the payment was successful and the current plan status, and avoid repeatedly switching packages in an attempt to reset.
