How to Keep the Current Plan After Canceling Renewal?
How to revoke cancellation or cancel pending changes before the subscription ends.
First Distinguish Between 'Pending Cancellation' and 'Already Ended'
If the account shows an end date and the subscription is still active, check if a 'Keep plan' option is available. This operation is used to revoke a scheduled cancellation, allowing the current subscription to continue renewing as displayed on the page.
If the subscription has already ended, keeping the plan does not mean repurchasing. You should check whether the account offers options to resume a pause, reselect a plan, or payment recovery prompts, and handle accordingly based on the status.
Keeping the Plan May Also Revoke Pending Downgrade Arrangements
If the account has a scheduled downgrade upon expiration, 'Keep plan' may also be used to cancel this pending arrangement. After completion, the original plan should continue to be retained, rather than having two conflicting future changes simultaneously.
Read and confirm the information before proceeding: you are agreeing to continue renewing the original plan, not receiving an additional free paid period. The original renewal amount, payment cycle, and payment method still need to be verified.
Operation and Confirmation
- Open Settings → Account, check whether the current status is cancellation, pause arrangement, or pending downgrade.
- Use the keep operation provided under this status and wait for a clear success result.
- Confirm that the end or pending change prompt has been updated; if the payment status is still abnormal, then handle billing without repeatedly clicking to avoid duplicate requests.
