How to Reduce Unnecessary Data Before Uploading Files?

Retain evidence needed for analysis while cleaning information unrelated to the objective.

Select Materials Based on the Issue

Before uploading, ask yourself which parts of the material truly affect the judgment. Explaining an error usually only requires relevant logs and configuration snippets; there is no need to submit the entire account information. Privacy policies recommend avoiding submission of personal information unrelated to the intended use; chat texts, files, and tool outputs may also be processed by the service.

Replace Sensitive Values with Consistent Placeholders

You can remove keys, tokens, private contact details, and unrelated customer data in your own copy, and retain the structure using stable placeholders. For example, keep the same identifier replaced consistently across all snippets to help the system understand associations. If replacement affects analysis, indicate which parts have been masked instead of letting the response treat placeholders as real values.

  1. Copy out the minimal necessary materials for analysis.
  2. Clean irrelevant information while preserving field and event relationships.
  3. Before uploading, double-check file names, content, and screenshot backgrounds.

Clarify Conclusions That Cannot Be Drawn from the Materials

Masking or redacting may remove conditions for judgment; please specify limitations in your question. Request answers to indicate which conclusions still require verification in the original environment to avoid guessing missing content for completeness. How submitted materials are handled should be reviewed in the privacy policy; local operations may also generate tool results sent to the model and should not be simply equated with fully offline processing.
