Will input drafts be lost when the page shows offline, and how to recover sending?

Keep the text draft on the current device, reconnect after network recovery, then confirm the task status.

First keep the text on the current page

When the input area shows an offline prompt, it indicates you can continue typing and the draft is saved on this device. Offline status restricts sending, which does not mean the text has been submitted to the server. Do not interpret the draft on this device as cross-device synchronization or a complete task backup; if the text is very important, first save a copy in a location you control before handling the network. Do not clear browser data or uninstall the app first.

Use reconnect after network recovery

Confirm the current device’s network is available, then click “Reconnect” in the input area. The program will verify online status; if still offline, it will prompt to continue checking the network. If reconnecting the chat fails, it will also indicate the draft is still saved and you can try again. This entry restores the webpage or chat connection and does not mean reopening Desktop or starting Local Agent on another machine.

Check executor and attachments before sending

After recovery, first check if the original task is still running to avoid submitting the same execution request repeatedly. Then verify the selected computer and approval status; if the target machine is offline, it needs to be restored separately. Attachments uploading may fail due to leaving the page or interrupted transmission; do not assume files are uploaded just because the text draft remains. Check attachment status and follow prompts to retry or re-add before sending.
