How is the Team Plan Charged and Who Is It Suitable For?

Team Solves Multi-User Management Issues
Team offers unified billing, seat management, and team usage management capabilities, suitable for teams that truly need to pay collectively for multiple members. Individual security practitioners can directly use individual plans and do not need to create a team just to run Agents.
Administrators are responsible for managing paid seats and related billing; regular members should not see the same purchase or seat adjustment options as administrators. What members can use depends on the team they have joined and their actual account permissions.
Price Per Seat Is Not the Total Team Price
The public price is $40 per seat per month for monthly payment, and $33 per seat per month when paid annually. Currently, seat adjustments require a minimum of 2 seats, so when estimating the budget based on the per-seat price, multiply by the actual number of seats purchased; the checkout amount is the actual charge basis.
Members who have joined and those with pending invitations both affect available seats. Removing a member does not mean the purchased seats have been reduced; administrators need to separately check seat quantity and the next bill. Online seat purchasing is not yet available.
Team Quota and Shared Recharge Pool
Included usage and team Extra Usage are not the same concept. After members reach the plan limit, whether they can continue to use the team's extra balance depends on whether the team recharge pool is enabled, its balance, the team's monthly cap, and the member's individual limit.
Team payments should not be interpreted as all members’ chats being automatically public. Shared content should be managed through actual sharing features; for specific permissions and data usage, please refer to the Account and Privacy section.
Team should not be considered as including Max. Whether Max can be selected currently depends on the model menu; enabling team extra usage does not guarantee that a selectable Max tier will appear. Do not recharge the team solely to unlock Max.
