Where to Check Renewal Date and Next Renewal Price?
Distinguish between renewal, scheduled cancellation, pause, and pending plans from the account status.
Check the Subscription Itself in Account
Open Settings → Account to view the current plan, renewal amount, and cycle-related prompts. If there is already a cancellation, pause, or pending plan, the page will display the corresponding status instead of calling every date a renewal date.
A normal subscription card mainly shows the renewal amount and cycle; for the specific next charge date, please go to the account's payment management or billing portal. The actual renewal price for the same account may differ from the current new user price page. Especially if there is an existing plan or scheduled change, priority should be given to checking account records and billing confirmation rather than estimating the charge amount based on the official website price.
Renewal Date and Quota Reset Date Are Not Necessarily the Same
The dates in Account are used to understand subscription and billing arrangements; the dates in Usage are used to understand quota availability. Annual subscriptions still have their own usage replenishment rules, and extra usage has separate monthly expense statistics.
When the subscription is in arrears or payment is pending confirmation, new quota is not necessarily automatically granted when the time comes. First check the payment recovery prompts, complete the required verification, then check for rights synchronization.
How to Check When Information Is Not Visible
- Confirm that you are logged in with the account used for purchase; team billing should be viewed by the administrator.
- Wait for the account status to load and check for clear prompts about billing unavailability or status check failure.
- If cancellation is scheduled, verify the end date; do not repurchase a plan just to find the “renewal date” again.
